Exchange & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that your order has met your expectations. If, however, you change your mind about any product/s you ordered from HOKA.com/eu, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original invoice date for an exchange or refund.
You may exchange or return goods purchased on HOKA.com/eu by completing and enclosing the Returns Form included with your order. This does not represent an obligation for effectively exercising the right to cancel. Please retain this form until you have confirmed you have the right style and fit, as it includes instructions on how to return goods. If you no longer have the form enclosed with your order, it is available for download below.
Please note that products must be returned to our warehouse in the United Kingdom (from where they are shipped) and you will be required to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us. In the case of exchanges, we can only process like for like exchanges for a different colour or size of the SAME STYLE.
Right to withdraw
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Deckers Brands, Orionweg 6-8, 4782 SC, Moerdijk, The Netherlands, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

- Complete the Returns Form, stating the reason for return and, if applicable, the item you would like in exchange (this must be a like for like exchange, for a different colour or size of the SAME STYLE).
- Cut out the returns label and attach it securely to your package. Please return goods in the original packaging where possible, if you no longer have this, use a sturdy alternative to protect the goods during transit.
- Return the package to us using a secure, trackable method. Please remember to request proof of postage and arrange adequate insurance; we cannot be held liable for any items lost during transit before they reach our warehouse.
- We’ll take care of everything for you - we'll send you an email to let you know either when the product you requested in exchange is being sent to you, or when your return has been processed.
Please allow 28 working days from the date you send your item for your exchange or for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be in the same form as the original payment. In some cases it can take up to 7 working days from the time that HOKA® processes a refund for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, this is dependent on your bank or card issuer.******

If you need to return an item purchased at an HOKA® retail store, please return to the store where the purchase was made. We cannot currently exchange or refund products purchased at our retail stores.
