The HOKA® warranty applies to products less than one year old from the date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship and does not cover items which have been washed, altered, excessively worn or of which you have not taken reasonable care.
We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their HOKA® product from www.HOKA.com/eu or the HOKA® call centre. If you made your purchase at an HOKA® concept store, please return to the store where the purchase was originally made, if this is not possible please contact Customer Services for advice.
If you purchased the product at an authorised HOKA® retailer, you need to return to the store where the purchase was originally made, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for products not purchased directly from us.
Please note that HOKA® can only offer an exchange or a refund; we do not perform repairs. You must enclose a completed Returns Form in order for us to process an exchange or refund.
In order for us to properly process your return, it is important that you enclose your original return form, you can contact customer service to obtain a duplicate if you no longer have it. Please ensure you fill in all the fields including the reason for return, which items you are returning, the original invoice number and proof of purchase.
Please return goods in the original HOKA® packaging if possible; if you no longer have this please use a sturdy alternative, ensuring the goods are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Enclose the completed form inside your parcel and send it using an insured, trackable method to the return address provided on the form. For your protection, when returning items to us please request proof of postage and ensure the parcel is adequately insured; we regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Items returned for warranty evaluation will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Please allow 28 days from the date you sent your goods for your exchange or refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. In some cases it may take up to 7 working days from the date an HOKA® processes the refund for funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, dependent on your bank or card issuer.
