At HOKA we know it can be difficult to prioritise your own health above family, work or social commitments. This has become particularly difficult over the last 12 months as a result of the additional stresses of the Coronavirus pandemic, with increased domestic chores, home schooling and screen time putting real pressure on our work-life balance.
It is more crucial than ever to make that bit of time for yourself to take care of your physical and mental health. In March we are spotlighting some of the amazing women in our community to explore what running means to them, how it benefits their lives, and how they prioritise their health to make time for their daily run.
We hope this inspires our community to continue to make time for their daily run, and find the #timetofly.
