Orders placed on www.hokaoneone.eu are despatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

• Working days is Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays in The Netherlands.
• If your item is not available in region we will source this from our warehouse overseas. If you have selected a weekend delivery option, we will do our best to get this to you by the method you booked. If the weekend service is not available, we will send this on an expedited service. You will be notified a delivery date by email.
• We do not ship or deliver on Sundays. / We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
• For more remote locations, please allow a little longer for delivery.

• We cannot deliver to Isle of Scilly and The Isle of Man and BFPO addresses or postal boxes.
• Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands: Please allow one extra day for Standard Delivery. Unfortunately we cannot currently offer a Next Day service to these destinations.
• Please note, The buyer is responsible For all international duties and taxes incurred during delivery from The Netherlands to countries outside of the European Union.

If your shipping destination is NOT going to UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, your order will be facilitated by Global E.

Pickup and Drop off

As an alternative to a delivery to your home or office, we offer a best in class Pickup and Drop off service for Global E countries (see list below). This service allows parcels to be picked up or dropped off at our trusted Pickup points.

You will be notified by email as soon as the parcel is delivered in the shop.

A reminder is sent after 4 days by email and text message. After 7 days, the parcel is shipped back to the sender.

You will be asked to present a proof of original ID and sign the PDA. A 3rd party is requested to present an ID and the ID of the initial consignee to collect a parcel

Easy returns: you can drop a return order in any Pickup point and receives a receipt.

The PUDO service is available to the following countries below:

Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia,Sweden.
